Cypark Resources Unit Secures Feed-in Approval for Port Dickson Plant

Cypark Resources (KLSE:CYPARK) unit Cypark Smart Technology has secured feed-in approval under Malaysia's feed-in tariff system for 2026, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.The approval covers an additional 44.73-megawatt installed capacity and 29.99-megawatt net export capacity for its SMART waste-to-energy plant in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.The approval marks a key milestone for the implementation of the second phase of the waste-to-energy facility, the company said.Shares of the renewable energy company fell 1% in recent trading.

Cypark Resources Prices First Tranche of Private Placement Shares

Cypark Resources (KLSE:CYPARK) fixed the issue price for the first tranche of its private placement at 0.61 ringgit per share, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.The renewable energy and green technology company proposed a private placement of up to 10% of its total shares to third-party investorsThe price represents a 5.26% discount to the five-day volume-weighted average market price, up to Aug. 6, it said.
