AYS Ventures (KLSE:AYS) dormant unit AYS Metal Trading received Companies Commission of Malaysia's approval for striking off.AYS Metal Trading had an issued and paid-up share capital of 2 ringgit, according to a Thursday filing with the Malaysian bourse.The striking off has no material financial impact on AYS Ventures, it said.
