Aizo Unit Secures Up to MYR346 Million Islamic Financing Facilities
Aizo (KLSE:AIZO) unit Wawasan Demi secured Islamic financing facilities totaling 346.2 million ringgit from Bank Pembangunan Malaysia.The funding package includes Tawarruq asset financing of up to 256 million ringgit, and two bank guarantee facilities worth up to 90 million ringgit and up to 200,000 ringgit, respectively,Proceeds will partly fund engineering, procurement and construction works for the large-scale solar photovoltaic project in Perak, Malaysia.The loan has a repayment tenure of up to 19 years, and is secured by project assets, contracts, land leases and corporate guarantees, it said.
