AIZO Construction (KLSE:AIZO) secured a 9.1 million ringgit letter of award from Xense Design for road and drainage works at a proposed transit-oriented development in Malaysia, according to a Friday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.
The subcontract, secured by subsidiary AIZO Construction, comprises three blocks of serviced apartments with 2,796 units and ancillary facilities.
Shares of the construction company rose 17% in recent trade.
