Research Alert: CFRA Retains Hold View On Shares Of Incyte Corporation

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:After Q1 earnings, we keep our target at $102, 11.8x our projected 2027 EPS forecast, below its five-year historical forward P/E average of 17.0x. We adjust our 2026 EPS estimate to $7.83 from $7.94 and our 2027 EPS view to $8.64 from $8.36. INCY reported a solid start to 2026, beating expectations on both revenue and earnings, led by robust, double-digit growth across its commercial portfolio. We think the company is going through a strategic transition beyond its cornerstone product, Jakafi, toward a diversified portfolio in hematology, oncology, and immunology, supported by a maturing late-stage pipeline and key management appointments. INCY announced the appointments of Suketu Upadhyay (the current CFO of ZBH) as its new CFO, effective May 4, and a new Head of U.S. Commercial, Mohamed Issa. While we see some execution risks ahead, we believe INCY could be at an inflection point with four new product launches in the next year and the advancement of the 10 Phase 3 studies while filling key leadership roles.

Research Alert: Incy Reports Solid Q1, Driven By Diversified Growth And Pipeline Advancements

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:Incyte delivered robust Q1 2026 results with total revenue of $1.27B (+21% Y/Y) and net sales of $1.10B (+20% Y/Y), significantly above expectations. Strong performance was driven by effective commercial execution across the diversified portfolio, with Jakafi maintaining momentum at $758M (+7% Y/Y) and Opzelura continuing impressive growth at $143M (+20% Y/Y). We view the exceptional hematology and oncology portfolio growth of $204M (+116% Y/Y), led by Niktimvo, Monjuvi, and Zynyz, as a critical strategic diversification beyond Jakafi ahead of the 2029 patent cliff. The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 guidance across all categories, expecting total net sales of $4.77B-$4.94B. We believe Incyte's advanced pipeline, with 10 Phase 3 studies including positive povorcitinib results in vitiligo and the pivotal DAWN-303 KRASG12D inhibitor trial, positions the company well for long-term growth under CEO Bill Meury's strategic focus on high-potential assets.

Damora Faces Upside As Fast-Follower CALR 'Should Make Bigger Splash,' RBC Says

Damora Therapeutics (DMRA) is capitalizing on growing validation of using mutant calreticulin targeting therapies in myeloproliferative neoplasms, and may have the additional advantage of acharted regulatory path as a fast-follower over Incyte's (INCY) mid-stage candidate, RBC Capital said in a note emailed Friday.RBC said data from Incyte's (INCY) CALR antibody program have helped reduce uncertainty around the mechanism, strengthening confidence in its potential for treating conditions such as essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis.Damora's lead candidate DMR-001 may offer advantages such as extended half-life via YTE technology, higher potency, and a more consistent activity profile across mutation types, potentially addressing limitations of competing therapies, according to the report. The analyst sees DMR-001 reaching about $1.7 billion in peak U.S. potential, supported by improved dosing convenience and broader applicability, with a 60% probability of success in essential thrombocythemia and 35% in myelofibrosis. The firm said it expects the company's shares to appreciate to levels reflecting its long-term top-line potential. The report added that competitive clinical readouts could help de-risk the program, with early mid-2027 data viewed as a key potential catalyst for upside.RBC initiated the coverage on the company with an outperform rating on the stock with a price target of $40.Price: $24.02, Change: $-1.40, Percent Change: -5.51%
