Hercules Capital Prices $325 Million Notes Due 2031
Hercules Capital (HTGC) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $325 million of 6.300% notes due in July 2031.The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt, fund investments and for general corporate purposes.It expects to close the offering on July 24.
