CVD Equipment (CVV) is reducing its workforce by about half, and president and chief executive Emmanuel Lakios mutually agreed to step down as part of a restructuring plan for its CVD equipment business, the company said late Thursday.Shares slumped 23%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 707,000 from a daily average of about 110,000.Tessera Defense and Homeland Security (HLSQ), formerly BiomX (PHGE), said Friday its corporate name and ticker symbol changes are now effective, completing its rebrand as a physical security technology platform.
