Dmall Controlling Shareholder Buys 1.36 Million Shares; Shares Surge 10%
Dmall's (HKG:2586) controlling shareholder Zhang Wenzhong acquired nearly 1.4 million shares in the company on Thursday, according to a same-day bourse filing.Shares of the retail digitalization company were up nearly 10% in Friday afternoon trading.The shares were purchased through Celestial Limited with Zhang's own funds.
