Easy Smart Group's Controlling Shareholder Sells Shares
Easy Smart Group (HKG:2442) said its controlling shareholder Ever Genius International Group sold shares representing 9.27% of the business, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.The fire protection works company's shares fell nearly 3% in morning trade Tuesday.Ever Genius sold 37.8 million shares under a placing priced at HK$19.61 apiece to new investors.Following the sale, Ever Genius holds 268.2 million shares representing 65.73% of the business.
