Meilleure Health to Acquire Property Investment Company
A unit of Meilleure Health International Industry Group (HKG:2327) agreed to acquire Tech-Medi Development from Yee Sheng Enterprises.Unit Meilleure Group Development will make the purchase for HK$35.2 million, a Monday bourse filing showed.The target engages mainly in property investment and leasing, with a Grade A commercial property in Admiralty, Hong Kong, as a core asset.The company plans to use the premises as its own office in a bid to reduce rental expenses and boost operational stability.
