CN Logistics Unit Renews Lease for Shanghai Premises
CN Logistics International Holdings (HKG:2130) unit Siyan Baopin Supply Chain Management (Shanghai) renewed the lease for certain warehouse premises from Cargo Services (China).The lease for three Shanghai premises being used as warehouses is effective from Aug. 1 to Dec. 31, and will be automatically renewed on expiry for one more year unless terminated.The company was previously leasing the premises under a contract ended Dec. 31, 2025.Following expiry, it was temporarily leased on a month-to-month basis till July 31, 2026, while the parties negotiated renewal terms.
