Medcaptain Medical Launches HK$600 Million Hong Kong IPO
Medcaptain Medical Technology (HKG:2041) launched its Hong Kong initial public offering on Friday, seeking to raise HK$600 million.The Shenzhen-headquartered medical device provider is offering 38.9 million shares at HK$15.42 each, according to a Thursday bourse filing.The issuer expects to disclose the allocation results on Sept. 4 and start trading on the Hong Kong bourse on Sept. 7.Deal proceeds will be used to fund research and development, upgrade production lines, invest in new manufacturing facilities, enhance IT infrastructure, finance M&As and sales and marketing activities, and boost working capital.Morgan Stanley, Huatai Financial, BNP Paribas, Celestial Securities, Eddid Securities, Futu Securities, Huafu International Securities, Jinluo Securities, SBI China Capital, TradeGo Markets, UOB Kay Hian and Yuet Sheung International are the joint bookrunners and lead managers.
