Huayu Expressway to Acquire Foreign Exchange Services Firm in Hong Kong
Huayu Expressway Group (HKG:1823) agreed to purchase Sunmand for HK$4 million, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Sunmand, a Hong Kong-based entity, holds a valid license to conduct foreign exchange services but is yet to commence business operations.Huayu Expressway said the acquisition will help the company enter a new business line and diversify its revenue stream.
