Huayu Expressway to Acquire Foreign Exchange Services Firm in Hong Kong

Huayu Expressway Group (HKG:1823) agreed to purchase Sunmand for HK$4 million, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Sunmand, a Hong Kong-based entity, holds a valid license to conduct foreign exchange services but is yet to commence business operations.

Huayu Expressway said the acquisition will help the company enter a new business line and diversify its revenue stream.

Raiz Invest CEO Brendan Malone Stepping Down

Raiz Invest (ASX:RZI) said Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Brendan Malone will step down from his role and go on a gardening leave until May 29, 2027, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The company said Craig Keary will become CEO, effective immediately, and will work with Malone during a one-month transition period.
