AI Energy Engineering (HKG:1751) said Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Cheung Shek On resigned effective May 15 to focus on the group's demolition business at the subsidiary level, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the concrete demolition service provider fell nearly 8% in Monday's late morning trade.The company appointed Chairman Cao Yifan as chief executive officer to succeed Cheung.
