Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (HKG:1601) entered into a 35 million yuan sale-and-leaseback agreement with a methyl methacrylate producer, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Under the 36-month agreement, the company will acquire the lessee's incinerator equipment and lease it back for total payments of about 37.8 million yuan, including 2.8 million yuan in finance lease interest.The company said the finance lease agreements are expected to provide stable revenue and cash flow while supporting its business development strategy.Shares of the leasing company were down over 1% in Tuesday's late morning trade.

Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (HKG:1601) agreed to purchase hybrid wide-body dump trucks from Nuohao Technology (Tianjin) for 19.5 million yuan and lease them to Shanxi Nuohao Construction under a finance lease arrangement.The lease has a term of 36 months with total lease payments of about 16.5 million yuan, including 15 million yuan in principal and about 1.54 million yuan in interest, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (HKG:1601) said it entered into two sale and leaseback agreements with Shandong Xuguo Energy, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.In both deals, the company will separately acquire power generation facilities for 45 million yuan and lease them back to Shandong Xuguo Energy for 47 million yuan.The lease agreements will last for a year.
