ZGC Sci-Tech to Buy, Lease Back Assets

-- Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (HKG:1601) will buy to lease back concrete tower production-related assets from Shanghai Fengling New Energy for 25 million yuan, according to a May 1 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the financial leasing firm were down over 1% in Monday afternoon trading.

The company will then lease the assets back to the lessee for 36 months for a total finance lease payment of around 27.2 million yuan.

The parties had entered into two similar agreements in November and December 2025.
