China Partytime Culture Sells Entire 32% Stake in Zhejiang Yunyou Smart Culture and Tourism
China Partytime Culture (HKG:1532) has disposed of its entire 32% stake in Zhejiang Yunyou Smart Culture and Tourism Group, the company's joint venture with Zhejiang Mountain Aesthetic Culture's unit and Zhongdun (Hangzhou) Intelligent Equipment, for 500,000 yuan, according to a Friday bourse filing.The cosplay products and lingerie company said it sold the JV stake to Zhejiang Mountain Aesthetic Culture's unit.
