Dufu Liquor Raises HK$6.5 Million from Share Placement
Dufu Liquor Group (HKG:0986) completed the placing of 25.9 million shares to raise net proceeds of HK$6.5 million, a Monday bourse filing showed.The shares, representing around 16.67% of the company's enlarged issued share capital, were placed to at least six investors at HK$0.26 apiece.The company plans to use proceeds as general working capital.
