Allegro Culture's Substantial Shareholder Gets New Owner
Allegro Culture (HKG:0550) said substantial shareholder Upsky Global's ownership changed after Chen Jiajun transferred his entire interest in Upsky to Direct Ascent Intelligent Investment on Sept. 9, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.Upsky holds 123.04 million Allegro Culture shares, or about 27.01% of issued capital, the filing said. Chen no longer has any interest in the shares following the transfer.Shares of the advertising and promotional services provider fell over 7% in recent trade.
