Yangtzekiang Garment Unloads Knitting Business in Guangzhou for HK$42 Million
Yangtzekiang Garment (HKG:0294) has divested its Guangzhou-based subsidiary, Exquisite Knitters, to Guangzhou Jinglue Supply Chain Management for HK$42 million, the company said in a Tuesday filing with the bourse.The company said it would pocket HK$35.5 million in profits from the transaction, which it would use for working capital.
