Poly Property Logs 4.3 Billion Yuan in May Contracted Sales
Poly Property Group (HKG:0119) recorded contracted sales of about 4.3 billion yuan in May, with a sold area of 140,000 square meters, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 30,430 yuan per square meter.For the five months ended May 31, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 19.6 billion yuan and 684,000 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 28,700 yuan per square meter.
