Genova Property to Trade Green Bonds, Capital Securities on Nasdaq Stockholm
Genova Property Group (GPG.ST) applied for the admission of its recently issued green bonds and capital securities to Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list, with trading expected to start on Wednesday.The listing includes the Swedish property company's 350 million kronor of senior unsecured green bonds due in 2031 and 250 million kronor of perpetual green capital securities, issued on Sept. 4 and Aug. 26, respectively, according to a Monday release.Genova noted that the listing prospectuses for each of the bonds and securities were approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
