Fervo Energy Prices Upsized IPO of 70 Million Class A Common Stock
Fervo Energy (FRVO) said late Tuesday it has priced an initial public offering of 70 million shares at $27 per share.The offering, upsized from its previous size of 55.6 million shares, is set to close Thursday.Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 10.5 million additional class A common shares.The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Wednesday under the ticker symbol "FRVO".
