Collective Mining to Transfer its Listing to the Nasdaq Global Select Market
Collective Mining (CNL.TO, CNL) on Wednesday said it is transferring its listing to the Nasdaq Global Select Market from the NYSE American, under the unchanged symbol CNL.The company expects trading on the NYSE to end on Aug. 10 and trading on the Nasdaq to begin on Aug. 11.The company's listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its CUSIP number is unchanged, it added."Combined with the recently announced relocation of Collective's principal executive office to the U.S., we believe listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market more appropriately reflects our expanding capital markets presence and positions the Company to engage with a broader global investor audience," said Executive Chairman Ari Sussman.The company's shares were last seen down C$0.68, or 3.7% ,to C$17.27 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.Price: $17.22, Change: $-0.73, Percent Change: -4.07%
