CleanSpark Secures $6.6 Billion Data Center Lease; Shares Rise Pre-Bell
CleanSpark (CLSK) has signed a 20-year infrastructure lease agreement with a global technology company for its Sandersville, Georgia, data center campus in a deal expected to generate about $6.6 billion in contracted revenue over the initial term, the company said Tuesday.The triple-net lease covers 175 megawatts of critical IT load, with deliveries expected to begin in Q4 2027, CleanSpark said.The agreement includes two five-year extension options that could increase total contracted revenue to about $11.6 billion, according to the company.The company also said the tenant signed a letter of intent and exclusivity agreement covering CleanSpark's Texas portfolio, which includes up to 885 MW of secured and planned power capacity across its Sealy and Brazoria campuses.Shares of the company were over 15% higher in Tuesday premarket trading.Price: $14.34, Change: $+1.96, Percent Change: +15.87%
