Futuremain, ChampionsGate Acquisition Sign Merger Agreement
ChampionsGate Acquisition (CHPG, CHPGR, CHPGU) has entered into a merger and business combination agreement with engineering company Futuremain that is expected to result in a Nasdaq-listed company, Futuremain said Friday.The deal values Futuremain at an estimated $80 million enterprise value, with shares valued at $10 apiece for the exchange consideration, ahead of an expected 2027 closing subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.Futuremain intends to use access to US capital markets to expand into North America and Europe, establish local service organizations and transition its ExRBM platform, powered by Physical AI, to a cloud-based subscription service, the company added.Price: $10.50, Change: $+0.01, Percent Change: +0.10%
