Premier Energies (NSE:PREMIERENE, BOM:544238) and Syrma SGS Technology have called off their planned acquisition of K-Solare Energy, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.Shares of the company fell nearly 5% in Tuesday's trade.The companies terminated discussions after evaluating strategic considerations, the filing said.
