Zodiac Energy Acquires 98% Stakes in Eight Solar Power LLPs
Zodiac Energy (NSE:ZODIAC, BOM:543416) acquired 98% ownership interests in eight limited liability partnerships engaged in solar power plants and energy, making them subsidiaries effective Sept. 16.The company contributed 20,000 rupees to each LLP and was admitted as a partner in each entity, according to a Wednesday filing.The LLPs are Girdhari Solar Projects, Parvati Solar Projects, Indranuj Solar Projects, Ridhika Solar Projects, Maatangi Solar Projects, Krishnapriya Solar Projects, Narayani Solar Projects and Sumitra Solar Projects.
