GACM Technologies Signs MOU for ERP Software Distribution
GACM Technologies (NSE:GATECH, BOM:531723) signed a memorandum of understanding with AIML Cloud Global Technologies to distribute its Firm Talk enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.As part of the 24-month MoU, AIML will have exclusive distribution rights in the agreed territory and handle marketing, sales and distribution, while GACM will provide installation, implementation, training and technical support.Product revenue will be split equally, with a minimum guaranteed sale of 150 million Indian rupees over the term.GACM will retain all intellectual property rights in the software.
