GACM Technologies Signs MOU for ERP Software Distribution

GACM Technologies (NSE:GATECH, BOM:531723) signed a memorandum of understanding with AIML Cloud Global Technologies to distribute its Firm Talk enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.

As part of the 24-month MoU, AIML will have exclusive distribution rights in the agreed territory and handle marketing, sales and distribution, while GACM will provide installation, implementation, training and technical support.

Product revenue will be split equally, with a minimum guaranteed sale of 150 million Indian rupees over the term.

GACM will retain all intellectual property rights in the software.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
