Emrock Acquires Majority Stake in Emrock Energy
Emrock Corp. (BOM:531676) acquired a 50.49% stake in Emrock Energy Pvt. Ltd. through subscription to equity shares under a preferential allotment/private placement, according to a Friday filing on BSE.Following the transaction, Emrock Energy has become a subsidiary of the company, the filing said.Emrock Energy operates in the renewable energy and waste-to-energy segment, including solar power and biomass-based energy projects, it added.
