Apis India's (BOM:506166) chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, Manisha Anand, has resigned from the company, with effect from May 5, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.She cited personal reasons for her resignation.The food products company's shares were down nearly 4% in recent trade.
