She cited personal reasons for her resignation.

The food products company's shares were down nearly 4% in recent trade.

Inspace Creation (KLSE:INSPACE) is slated to list on the ACE Market on Friday, May 8, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.The interior fitting-out specialist will mark its entry into Bursa Malaysia's construction sector under the stock name INSPACE, and stock code 0451.Upon listing, the company's enlarged issued share capital will stand at 369.3 million shares, with a total value of 24.7 million ringgit.The stock will trade under code 0451.
