Bajaj Finance (NSE:BAJFINANCE, BOM:500034) raised 45.1 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The company allotted 450,000 non-convertible debentures with a face value of 100,000 rupees each in two tranches.In the first tranche, the company allotted 200,000 debentures with a coupon rate of 7.93% per annum. These are scheduled to mature on June 12, 2029.In the second tranche, the company allotted 250,000 non-convertible debentures with a coupon rate of 8.00% per annum. They will mature on May 12, 2031.The debentures are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE, the filing said.

Bajaj Finance (NSE:BAJFINANCE, BOM:500034) recorded a rise in its consolidated attributable profit after tax to 54.6 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, against 44.8 billion rupees a year ago.Earnings per share climbed to 8.76 rupees from the year-ago figure of 7.22 rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges by the financial services provider.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased to 216.1 billion rupees from 182.9 billion rupees a year earlier.The board of directors also recommended final dividend of 6 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
