Bajaj Finance (NSE:BAJFINANCE, BOM:500034) logged an increase in its fiscal first-quarter consolidated attributable net profit to 59.9 billion Indian rupees from 47 billion rupees a year earlier.
Earnings per share grew to 9.60 rupees, compared with 7.55 rupees, according to a Thursday filing to the stock exchanges.
Revenue from operations in the fiscal quarter ended June also increased to 231.7 billion rupees from 193.7 billion rupees a year earlier.
