Golden Sky Minerals Acquires Nine Claims Within Rayfield-Gjoll Project Area in British Columbia
Golden Sky Minerals (AUEN.V) said Wednesday that it is acquiring nine mineral claims from a private vendor for 300,000 shares.The claims are within Golden Sky's Rayfield-Gjoll Project in British Columbia and cover the historic Vidette Gold Mine and the Elm mineral occurrence in the Criss Creek area, a statement said. The latest acquisitions also reduce gaps between existing claim blocks.The acquired claims will be subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty, half of which may be bought back for CA$1.0 million and the remaining 1% for CA$2.0 million.Golden Sky shares were last seen down CA$0.005 at CA$0.25 on the TSX Venture Exchange.Price: $0.25, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -1.96%
