Winton Land (NZE:WIN, ASX:WTN) received conditional approval from the expert panel for the Ayrburn Screen Hub under the Fast-track Approvals Act, with the decision now subject to a 20 working day appeal period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.The studio facility is an all-in-one production hub with on-site work and accommodation facilities, including production spaces, offices, dressing rooms, screening and meeting areas, and 201 units for film workers and visitors when not in use, the filing added.The company's Kiwi shares fell almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
