TPG Telecom Signs Deal With Spacetalk
TPG Telecom (ASX:TPG) signed an agreement with Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) for the migration of the Spacetalk Mobile customer base to the TPG Telecom wholesale mobile network, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The company will provide wholesale mobile network capacity and related services, with Spacetalk still owning the customer relationship, brand experience, pricing and customer proposition, the filing said.The migration is expected to be conducted in phases starting in fiscal year 2027, per the filing.
