SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) completed its acquisition of retail shop-fitting business Australian Professional Shopfitters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The deal was disclosed in May and "broadens our retail offering across flagship store delivery, national rollouts, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance programs across Australia," said SHAPE CEO Peter Marix-Evans.

SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) agreed to acquire Australian Professional Shopfitters from Handa Manufacturing for up to AU$29.4 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.The transaction includes an upfront consideration of AU$20.4 million and up to AU$9 million in contingent consideration over a two-year earn-out period, the filing said.Consideration and transaction costs for the acquisition will be funded through cash and scrip, per the filing.

SHAPE Australia Secures Over AU$1.16 Billion in Project Wins in H1

SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) secured project wins of more than AU$1.16 billion for the year ended April 30, up on last year's AU$981.6 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.The company recorded modular revenue of over AU$63 million, more than double the fiscal 2025 result of AU$30.6 million, the filing said.Fiscal-year revenue is expected to be between AU$1.18 billion and AU$1.23 billion, up nearly 23% compared with last year's actual revenue of AU$956.9 million, per the filing.
