Rumble Resources Receives Second AU$5 Million Payment From Elemental Royalty

Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) said it received a second AU$5 million payment from Elemental Royalty as part of a gold royalty sale linked to the Western Queen project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The first AU$5 million upfront payment, payable on the execution of definitive agreements, was received in mid-May.The second million milestone payment was payable upon Rumble entering into a binding deal for the toll treatment or processing of ore from the royalty tenement, and was received on June 2, the company said.Rumble added that a key condition of the ore tolling and blending agreement with Gylden has been satisfied, as Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) is not exercising its pre-emptive rights related to the processing of Western Queen ore.The company's shares were nearly 2% lower in recent Wednesday trade.

Rumble Resources Enters Toll Milling, Blending Agreement for Western Australia Gold Project

Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) unit Western Queen has struck a toll milling and blending agreement with Gylden Resources and Kirkalocka Gold SPV, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.As part of the deal, Gylden will process gold-bearing ore from Rumble's Western Queen Gold and Tungsten project in Western Australia at Kirkalocka's 2.1 million tonnes per annum processing plant for four years and 11 months, starting when the first parcel of ore is processed.The agreement includes "competitive milling and blending fees fixed for calendar year 2027," per the filing. Fees for subsequent years will be negotiated annually under a no profit share arrangement, with Rumble receiving all of the recovered gold from Western Queen ore.Additionally, the parties have agreed to negotiate on the development of a facility to process tungsten-bearing ore from Western Queen at Kirkalocka if Rumble decides to mine such material.

Rumble Resources Sells 50% Interest in Western Australia Project

Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) said it and joint venture partner AIC Mines (ASX:A1M) have agreed to sell their respective interests in the Lamil project in Western Australia to Aventine Resources, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.Total consideration is AU$500,000 in cash, Aventine shares worth AU$600,000, and an aggregate 1% net smelter return royalty, with Rumble's share comprising AU$250,000 in cash, Aventine shares worth AU$300,000, and a 0.5% net smelter return royalty, the filing added.Completion is conditional on satisfaction of certain conditions, including heritage assignment and ASX and IPO-related confirmations by Aventine, it added.AIC Mines' shares fell 2% in recent Thursday trade.

Rumble Resources' (ASX:RTR) Western Queen subsidiary entered into a transaction with an Elemental Royalty unit, under which Elemental Royalty will pay Western Queen up to AU$10 million to acquire a 2.5% net smelter return royalty on gold production from the Western Queen project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The consideration includes AU$5 million on signing of the royalty agreement and deed, and AU$5 million on execution of the tolling milling agreement, the filing said.Rumble Resources shares rose 6% in morning trade on Monday.
