Rumble Resources Receives Second AU$5 Million Payment From Elemental Royalty

Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) said it received a second AU$5 million payment from Elemental Royalty as part of a gold royalty sale linked to the Western Queen project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The first AU$5 million upfront payment, payable on the execution of definitive agreements, was received in mid-May.The second million milestone payment was payable upon Rumble entering into a binding deal for the toll treatment or processing of ore from the royalty tenement, and was received on June 2, the company said.Rumble added that a key condition of the ore tolling and blending agreement with Gylden has been satisfied, as Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) is not exercising its pre-emptive rights related to the processing of Western Queen ore.The company's shares were nearly 2% lower in recent Wednesday trade.

Ramelius Resources on Track to Achieve Midpoint of Fiscal Year 2026 Production Guidance, Euroz Hartleys Says

Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) might be able to achieve the midpoint of its fiscal year 2026 production guidance due to stockpiles at its Dalgaranga and Penny gold operations, Euroz Hartleys said in a Wednesday note.The company released its March quarter report, with production falling from the previous quarter due to haul road closures and heavy rainfall. It maintained fiscal year 2026 production guidance at 185,000 to 205,000 ounces.Euroz Hartleys forecasts June quarter production of roughly 55,000 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost of around AU$2,200 per ounce."We remain excited for the ramp up of Dalgaranga with first ore one month ahead of schedule," the equity research firm said, adding that a ball mill drive train upgrade will allow a finer grind for the Dalgaranga ore, improving recoveries to above 90% from around 80%. It also pointed to an opportunity for Ramelius Resources to displace low-grade stockpiles with higher-grade mined ore from fiscal year 2028 to fiscal year 2030.Euroz Hartleys maintained a buy recommendation on Ramelius Resources and lowered its price target to AU$5.27 per share from AU$6.21, mainly due to a lower spot gold price.Shares of Ramelius fell 5% in recent Thursday trade.

Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) produced 38,093 ounces of gold at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of AU$2,211 per ounce in the March quarter, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.The company produced 80,455 ounces of gold at an AISC of AU$1,492 per ounce in the March 2025 quarter, an earlier filing showed.The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 production guidance of 185,000 to 205,000 ounces, and upgraded its AISC guidance to a range of AU$1,900 to AU$2,050 per ounce, from AU$1,700 to AU$1,900 per ounce, the filing said.

Ramelius Resources Says Drilling at Western Australia Gold Project Shows New Mine Potential at Deposit

Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) said drilling at the Dalgaranga gold project in Western Australia during the March quarter showed that there was new mine potential at Gilbey's underground deposit, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.It reported intercepts of 3.9 meters at 21.2 grams per tonne grade of gold from 219 meters, as well as 6.1 meters at 10.4 g/t grade of gold from 207.7 meters.It also reported intercepts of one meter at 8.96 g/t grade of gold from 115 meters, as well as 0.6 meters at 24.3 g/t grade of gold from 307.5 meters from the Plymouth-Sly Fox area.The exploration program sought to delineate new mineralization down-dip of the current mineral resource estimates, while also converting the existing inferred mineral resources.
