Brightstar Resources Agrees to Acquire Five Exploration Licenses From Panther Metals
Brightstar Resources (ASX:BTR) agreed to acquire five exploration licenses comprising the Mikado project in Western Australia from Panther Metals (ASX:PNT) for AU$350,000, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.The two companies also entered into a non-binding heads of agreement to explore a potential mining and processing arrangement for Panther's Burtville East project, the filing said.Construction of Brightstar Resources' Laverton processing plant is underway, and first gold is targeted for the June quarter 2027, per the filing.
