Oceania Healthcare (ASX:OCA, NZE:OCA) said it is planning a potential offer of six-year fixed-rate secured, unsubordinated bonds aimed at both institutional and New Zealand retail investors, with full details expected in the next week, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.Investors may register interest through their financial advisers, but no applications or funds are being accepted at this stage, and any indications of interest are non-binding, the filing said.The company added that, if the offer proceeds, it will be made under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the bonds are expected to be quoted on the New Zealand Exchange debt market.
