Galilee Energy Redesigns Zydeco-1 Sidetrack Around Five Shallow Oil Targets in US
Galilee Energy (ASX:GLL) redesigned the planned Zydeco-1 sidetrack around five prospective shallow oil zones identified and quantified from original well data at its Zydeco Oil & Gas Project in the US, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The company said the five stacked oil targets, containing gross prospective oil resources of up to 422,600 barrels in the 3U category, are located above the original gas-condensate targets and accessible from the existing wellbore, with the sidetrack now fully funded to complete drilling as an oil producer.
