Excelsior Capital Continues Talks for Potential Recapitalization Third Party Transaction
Excelsior Capital (ASX:ECL) said talks with a third party regarding a potential transaction that could result in the recapitalization of Excelsior and its continuation as an ASX-listed investment entity remain ongoing, and due diligence in relation to the potential transaction is continuing, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.It requested that ASX extend the deferral of its proposed removal from the official list to allow for sufficient time for these talks and due diligence to advance.A proposed transaction would remain subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive documentation and any necessary board, shareholder, regulatory, and ASX approvals, the filing added.
