Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) said enCore Energy's ongoing drilling at Alta Mesa East, a part of the Alta Mesa joint venture (JV) in Texas, confirmed the presence of uranium mineralization, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.Boss Energy owns a 30% stake in the JV, while enCore is the manager and holds a 70% stake.Drilling at Alta Mesa East, adjacent to the Alta Mesa well fields and extraction operations, discovered mineralization within sands at an average depth between 400 feet and 460 feet, and within sands between 480 feet and 520 feet, the company said.A drill hole intersected 8.5 feet of mineralization grading nearly 0.2% of triuranium octoxide, for a grade thickness of 1.7, from a depth of 487 feet.Boss Energy's shares rose nearly 3% in recent trading on Wednesday.

Boss Energy's (ASX:BOE) fiscal third-quarter production at the Honeymoon project in South Australia reached 203,000 pounds of truranium octoxide drummed, with a C1 cost of AU$60 per pound and all-in sustaining costs (AISC) of AU$58 per pound, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.Honeymoon produced 295,819 pounds of uranium oxide drummed and 246,869 pounds of ion exchange (IX) production in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, at an average realized price of AU$133 per pound, an earlier filing showed.C1 cost from drummed uranium was of AU$33 per pound in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, the earlier filing showed.The company said fiscal year 2026 C1 cost guidance of AU$36 to AU$40 per pound, and AISC guidance of AU$60 to AU$64 per pound have been reconfirmed toward the upper end of the guidance range, with Alta Mesa drummed production of 97,000 pounds on a 100% basis.The average realized sale price was AU$106 per pound, with Boss remaining strategically under-contracted and holding inventory of 1.53 million pounds of uranium oxide drummed, while cash and liquid assets stood at AU$211 million, including cash on hand of AU$38 million, the filing added.Work is ongoing for a new Honeymoon JORC resource to support a new feasibility study, including drilling, reinterpretation, and remodeling of historic grade and permeability data, the filing added.

Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) lowered its fiscal-year production guidance at its Honeymoon operation in South Australia to between 1.4 million pounds and 1.45 million pounds of triuranium octoxide drummed from the previous guidance of 1.6 million pounds following rainfall in March, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Despite the downgrade, the company confirmed that it remains on track to deliver fiscal-year C1 cost guidance of AU$36 to AU$40 per pound and an all-in sustaining cost of AU$60 to AU$64 per pound, the filing said.
