Ashington Innovation Draws Down Funds from Unsecured Loan Facility
Ashington Innovation (ASHI.L) said Thursday it withdrew 70,000 pounds sterling from its unsecured, interest-free loan facility with director Jason Smart.The London-listed special purpose acquisition company also upsized the facility to 250,000 pounds from 200,000 pounds, while extending the repayment deadline by one year to Dec. 31, 2027.The loan will be used for general working capital purposes.
