Alight Collaborates With BNY on Retirement Offering
Alight (ALIT) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Bank of New York Mellon (BNY), or BNY, on an integrated retirement offering to support defined contribution and defined benefit plan sponsors and participants with plan administration and investing.Under the collaboration, Alight said it will lead client engagement and implementation through its relationship management and service teams, while BNY will provide subject matter expertise and supporting services.Financial terms of the collaboration were not provided.Shares of Alight were down 2.8% in early Wednesday trading, and BNY stock slid 0.7%.Price: $18.50, Change: $-0.54, Percent Change: -2.84%
