Zijin Longking (SHA:600388) subsidiary Zijin Longjing Clean Energy will invest about $150 million to build the phase two solar-storage project at the Rosebel gold mine in Suriname.
The project features 170 megawatt-peak of photovoltaic capacity plus 120-megawatt/120-megawatt-hour of energy storage, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse
The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
